HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT UPCOMING RELEASE?

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL

Once you have placed your order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add brokstdiocare@gmail.com to your contacts. otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your junk / spam folder.

If we encounter any product availability and credit verification issues we will contact you within 72 hours to resolve these issues.

If you have not received your order confirmation 24 hours after you placed your order please contact us brokstdiocare@gmail.com

TRACK MY ORDER

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our warehouse. Your tracking information will also be included in this email.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact brokstdiocare@gmail.com with your name and order number.

MISSING ITEMS

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you have purchased be out of stock. If you have not received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you are still missing an item please contact us immediately with your name, order number and missing item(s)

We will investigate this and will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivered date of your order.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Please check the following before contacting customer service.

- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

- Check the tracking information that is included in you dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.

- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. It may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or re-delivery.

- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.

- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with your neighbour it is always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR ORDER PROCESSING, PENDING PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELLED. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ALL ORDER DETAILS ARE CORRECT BEFORE COMPLETING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. Brokstdio DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. ALL ORDERS SHIP FROM NEW DELHI, INDIA.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF ORDERING, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL FOLDER.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, ITEMS MAY BECOME UNAVAILABLE EVEN AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. IN THIS CASE, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR BY CHECK MAILED TO THE ADDRESS LISTED FOR THE ORDER FOR THE AMOUNT INITIALLY PAID. FOR REFUNDS ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED BY OUR FULFILLMENTS TEAM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ENCLOSED.

ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SPECIAL RELEASES, MAJOR HOLIDAYS, AND MARKDOWN PERIODS.

ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED AS PRE-ORDER ARE EXPECTED TO SHIP UPON ARRIVAL TO OUR FACILITY. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE CHARGED AT CHECKOUT FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS TO THE PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDED. AFTERCARE

Machine wash works for all our tees. air-dry. avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage. Avoid direct sunlight, do not iron the print directly.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?

We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce. Hence, all orders are final. all Returns are strictly accepted and refunded only via a GIFT CARD to the customer. However, in rare and exceptional cases, where a transaction fails or an Order ID is not generated, an automatic refund will be initiated to your source account within 5-7 business days.
